What is Base ?
Base is A responsive CSS framework for Web-based projects, a simple tool for simple websites that have to render properly on a wide variety of devices .
Base can be used when needing a cross-browser friendly layout that renders the same on a multitude of browsers and can be viewed on mobile devices as well.Base comes with a set of default styles and a demo page for using it out of the box, but also includes support for more modern technologies like SASS or LESS.Support for Apache server caching and data compression is also included, along with Modernizr integration.
