Linux News Today: Enlightenment Developer Days 2016 Takes Place May 14-16, in Paris, France
The development team behind the Enlightenment window manager and desktop environment for GNU/Linux operating systems have published details about the upcoming Enlightenment Developer Days 2016 conference.
As its name suggests, Enlightenment Developer Days 2016 is a great opportunity for aspiring and devoted Enlightenment developers and contributors to meet and share their knowledge, as well as to plan the next releases of the lightweight graphical user interface.
Enlightenment Developer Days 2016 is the fourth event of its kind, and it appears to be the first one to take place during multiple days instead of a single one as the “Enlightenment Developer Day” events were held in the past years.
“To attend, please vote for ‘Yes’ in this vote below. We need this numbers for planning, so you MUST vote ‘Yes’ to attend. If you do not, you will not be admitted. It doesn’t cost anything, so please do so,” reads the event’s page.
Where? It looks like Enlightenment Developer Days 2016 will be held at the OpenWide office, 23 Rue Daviel, 75013 Paris, France. Driving or walking directions can be found in this OpenStreetMap.
From the event’s website, it also appears that all the talks are already in place, as well as the entire schedule of the conference. Accomodation and traveling info can also be found on the respective web page. Be there if you care about the future of the Enlightenment desktop environment!
