MobileScroll was created to provide developers with a lighter image slideshow component for their mobile applications, while being able to use more powerful solutions for the desktop version of the site. MobileScroll works on desktops as well, but the slider was specifically designed with mobiles in mind. The component was built around the native scrolling feature of all mobile devices, when dealing with overflowed scrollable containers. Developers can control the plugin’s max-width, height, speed, and glimpse settings. Glimpse being the slider’s ability to let the use peak at the next or previous images. A quick demo is included with the MobileScroll download package.
