The React Date Picker component is an adaptation to Facebook’s React JS framework, allowing developers access to a ready-made date selection system for their apps. In case you need to go to a pretty distant date in the future or past, there’s no need to press the right or left keys several times. Just click the header and the weekly display transforms into a month and/or year selection page. There are options included to customize the component’s UI, hide the widget’s footer, work with min/max date intervals to limit time intervals available for selections, and of course, the all-mighty parameter that lets developers customize the used date format. There are also functions to easily fill in today’s date, and even one to animate the date picker to the user’s current selection. Installation and use instructions are provided with the package’s README file.
