The component is ideal for buttons and controls with destructive actions, giving the user a warning about the action he's about to take. Since Bootstrap Confirmation uses the Bootstrap popover component to show the confirmation message and buttons, this means the confirmation popups can be shown in various alignments and positions (just like the original popover component).
