It would appear that many of the new Ubuntu users complained about the fact that they are not able to easily find information about the official Ubuntu flavours and eventually download them.
Therefore, as Canonical is always listening to its ever-growing user base, the skilled Ubuntu web designers managed to put together a new page on the ubuntu.com website with details and links for the Ubuntu flavours.
"I am pleased to tell you that it has now been published at http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu-flavours, along with a new row on http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ that links to that page," said Michael Hall in the announcement.
Ubuntu MATE, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, and others are now easier to find
When we say Ubuntu flavours, we mean distributions like Edubuntu, Ubuntu Studio, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu GNOME, Ubuntu Kylin, as well as Mythbuntu.
