Softpedia has been informed by Dylan Callahan from the Chromium OS for All SBCs projects about the availability for purchase of a portable desktop computer called Fancy.
Fancy has been designed with a single goal in mind, to offer Linux, Chromium OS/Chrome OS, and Android enthusiasts one of the fanciest, yet portable and quite powerful desktop computer that comes in a small form factor (the size of a regular cable modem or wireless router) and it's easy to carry anywhere you want.
As you might have noticed in the above paragraph, we have mentioned that the Fancy desktop computer has been designed for fans of the Linux, Chromium OS and Android operating systems, and that's because it comes pre-installed with the latest Chromium OS, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus), and Android TV 6.0 Marshmallow.
"I wanted Fancy to be the jack of all trades. I wanted to create a computer "to fit your mood." After a long day, watch Netflix on Android TV, or if you need to be focused while working switch to using Chromium OS, and, if you want to tinker, use Ubuntu," said Dylan Callahan exclusively for Softpedia.
