Putri sulung mantan Ketua Dewan Syuro Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa Abdurrahman Wahid atau Gus Dur, Zannuba Arifah Chafsoh atau Yenny Wahid akan segera mendeklarasikan partai baru.
Yenny Wahid berjanji, partai baru itu bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan ide-ide Gus Dur yang belum sepenuhnya diserap oleh kader PKB maupun masyarakat ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia.
“Jika parpol ini nantinya lolos verifikasi di Kemenkumham sebagai parpol sebagai parpol peserta pemilu di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), saya siap terjun ke pelosok-pelosok daerah untuk memperjuangkan program partai dan amanat perjuangan Gus Dur. Saya siap terjun ke kampung-kampung demi kebesaran partai dan Gus Dur,” kata Yenny di Jakarta, Ahad 10 April 2011.
Untuk mampu mensosialisasikan ide-ide dan gagasan serta kebesaran Gus Dur, Yenny meminta agar seluruh kader PKB yang saat ini bernaung di bawah PKB hasil Muktamar III PKB Surabaya harus bekerja keras menyukseskan partai baru nanti untuk lolos verifikasi.
“Selanjutnya menjadi tugas dan kerja keras bersama untuk membentuk kepengurusan di tingkat cabang di kabupaten/kota dan kecamatan. Jadi, apakah lolos verifikasi parpol atau tidak, ini tergantung pada kerja keras pengurus wilayah,” kata Yenny.
Yenny yang saat ini menjadi Ketua Umum PKB hasil Muktamar III Surabaya itu menambahkan, semua pengurus pusat, wilayah dan daerah wajib bekerja keras untuk bangsa ini.
“Sebab, Gus Dur sebagai tokoh nasional dan internasional bukanlah semata karena keturunan pendiri NU KH Hasyim Asy’ari, melainkan karena kemampuan Gus Dur sendiri yang kerja keras dan belajar sejak kecil. Jadi, Gus Dur itu besar bukan karena keturunan, melainkan karena kemampuan dan kerja kerasnya selama hidup,” ujar dia.
Namun Yenny enggan menyebutkan nama partai baru karena masih akan digodok dan “diistikhoroh” oleh para ulama NU dan 33 dewan pangurus wilayah (DPW) PKB.
Sementara itu, Direktur Eksekutif Indobarometer Muhammad Qodari mendukung apa yang dijanjikan oleh Yenny Wahid. Bahkan dirinya optimistis, jika Yenny Wahid dan pengurus wilayah PKB Gus Dur itu mampu mengembalikan dan merangkul seluruh suara yang tercecer selama ini, utamanya suara kalangan Nadhlatul Ulama (NU).
“Saya meyakini, PKB Gus Dur dibawah kepemimpinan Yenny akan menjadi partai terbesar di pemilu 2014 mendatang. Itu bukan pekerjaan mudah. Tapi, dengan modal semangat, gairah dan militansi yang luar biasa untuk Gus Dur tersebut ditambah lagi dengan kerja keras seluruh pengurus, Insya Allah partai Gus Dur ini akan besar dan eksis menjadi partai yang diperhitungkan di tingkat nasional,” kata Qodari.
Keyakinan itu, kata Qodari, PKB dalam pemilu 2009 lalu yang hanya bertengger di urutan ke-7 setelah Demokrat, Golkar, PDIP, PKS, PAN dan PPP merupakan skandal politik nasional bagi warga NU.
“Sebab, NU sebagai kantong suara terbesar di Indonesia yang mencapai lebih dari 33 % suara pemilu, ternyata tidak memilih partai yang dipimpin oleh Muhaimin Iskandar tersebut,” kata Qodari.
Lebih parah lagi, lanjut dia, perolehan suara PKB di bawah PAN yang didukung oleh Muhammadiyah, dimana jumlahnya hanya 10 persen dibanding NU.” Tidak ada dalam sejarah politik Indonesia, suara partai NU itu di bawah suara Muhammadiyah,” kata dia.
