Zentyal Server 4.2 is the latest version of the Ubuntu-based server-oriented operating system from Zentyal, bringing all sorts of cool and attractive new features for those who want to deploy a business server that is fully interoperable with some of the most popular Microsoft protocols.
Based on Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (Trusty Tahr), Zentyal Server 4.2 inherits all of its software updates and features. Additionally, the new version no longer requires connectors or plugins for the client, gives users web access to contacts, calendars, and mail, updates the installer with support for modern network interfaces, supports all of the existing features and modules from the previous Zentyal version, and improves the overall scalability and stability of the system.
