The Guardian is announcing that Alerta with version number 4.4.1 is already available to download.
What is Alerta ?
Alerta is A complex server monitoring tool coded in Python and MongoDB, allowing developers to aggregate alerts, notifications, and warnings from different servers and systems in real-time .
Created by "The Guardian" development team, Alerta is a tool that allows webmasters to keep an eye on multiple servers, multiple processes, and various services, all at the same time, in real-time, from one single central location.Alerta will aggregate all this data by default in a MongoDB database, but will also be able to interpret and present it using visual tools like graphs, charts, timelines, and so on.Alerta can work with standard protocols like SNMP, syslog and HTTP; it can also aggregate data from other monitoring toolkits like Nagios, Zabbix and Riemann, and can also work with ElasticSearch's Kibana log tracker as well.
