Nifflas' Games, the developers of the Knytt Underground game, announced a few days ago that the first Beta version is now available for Linux-based operating systems. Knytt Underground is a 2D platform game in which the player needs to explore a huge world, while enjoying a quirky story. The downloadable demo version of the game features only the first three Chapters. However, be aware that the 3rd chapter is ten times bigger than the first one. It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. Being a DRM-free title, the Knytt Underground game is cross-platform, which makes it playable on the Linux, Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.
