Fedora Project, through Peter Robinson, has announced the release of the Beta build of Fedora 23 Server operating system for ARM 64-bit (AArch64) and POWER (PPC64 and PPC64le) hardware architectures.
The announcement comes right after the release of the Beta version of Fedora 23, which was made available for download for 64-bit and 32-bit platforms on September 22, 2015. As such, you can now download Fedora 23 Beta and install it on devices powered by the ARM 64-bit, PPC64, or PPC64 Little Endian processors.
As expected, the Fedora 23 Beta operating system for the AArch64 and POWER architectures includes the same features that were implemented by the Fedora Project developers in the 64-bit and 32-bit builds, such as enhanced security by hardening all binaries against memory corruption vulnerabilities and buffer overflows.
Additionally, support for the SSLv3 protocol and RC4 cipher has been disabled by default, there’s now support for Unicode 8.0, and numerous other under-the-hood improvements for a performance boost are also there. Also, some of the most annoying bugs reported by users since the Alpha build have been addressed.

Please try to keep in mind though that this is a pre-release version, not suitable for production use.
