It looks like the GTK+ developers are working hard not only on the upcoming GTK+ 3.20 release but also on the stable branch, the one used for the GNOME 3.18 desktop environment.
Therefore, they have just announced a few hours ago the GTK+ 3.18.7 point release, which, according to the internal changelog (attached at the end of the article for reference), it fixes a little over 20 issues reported by users or discovered by the project’s development team since the previous maintenance build.
In summary, GTK+ 3.18.7 contains fixes for various widgets and GNU/Linux technologies, among which we can mention Wayland, GtkEntryCompletion, GtkComboBox, GtkColorButton, GtkTreeView, GtkColorChooser, gdk_pixbuf_get_from_window(), and a many others.
