Opera Software, through Aneta Reluga, announced yet another update for the Opera 35.0 web browser, build 2064.0, which is still in the developer channel for GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

According to the release announcement, the Opera 35.0.2064.0 Dev web browser introduces a new feature called "Mute other tabs" in addition to the existing "Mute me baby" option added in a previous update. It also adds context menu support for pinned tabs that have media content.

Moreover, the recently introduced simple settings page of the Opera 35 web browser suffered an important modification, as the developers removed the ad-blocking section from the "Basic" settings at the request of the users.

"This release is more an improvement-laden one," said Aneta Reluga, Desktop QA Team at Opera Software. "So, along with a few usability and stability fixes, it delivers mute tab improvements, simple settings improvements, and Windows 10 improvements. As you can see, no revolution here, but I sure hope you are still gonna like it!"

Windows 10 support has been improved as well

For Windows 10 users, Opera 35.0.2064.0 web browser brings various improvements, such as better contrast for the window frame, better control menu items on hover and active, support for controlling the look of the window frame through the Personalization system settings, as well as support for Windows 10 Threshold 2.

Last but not least, Opera 35 is now based on Chromium 48.0.2564.10, and there's a known issue with the playback of H.264 encoded videos on GNU/Linux systems, which will be fixed soon.
